Thinking Process

Challenge:

To create an advertising campaign for a  residence located in close proximity to The University of Hong Kong. 

Creative solution:

Addressing to lifestyle-oriented buyers like young professionals, couples or investors, it works to adopt a fashionable approach with the concept 'ready to live', similar to the classic fashion concept 'ready to wear'. The 'ready to live' concept elegantly showcases the unique selling point of the flats which have everything ready such as furnishings and home appliances.
